How is it set up?
You keep your number: it stays with your carrier, in your name, and you set call forwarding so calls reach the AI receptionist when you can't pick up. Nothing is ported and you can switch the forwarding off yourself in about thirty seconds. If you add website chat, it is a short snippet of code on your existing site — no rebuild required.

Will it sound robotic?

What happens if it fails or goes down?
Calls reach the AI through forwarding rules that you control, so if anything goes wrong the fallback is the behaviour you already have today — the call follows the forwarding rules you already have, to your mobile or voicemail. We monitor the service and aim to respond to issues within one business day, and you can disable forwarding yourself at any time without waiting for us.
