Who we are
CallSide AI (“CallSide”, “we”, “us”) provides managed AI phone receptionists and website chat assistants to home-service businesses. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, and what we do with it.

Information we collect
When you contact us. If you fill in a form, use our website chat, or call our demo number, we collect the details you give us — typically your name, business name, phone number, email address, and what you tell us about your business.
When you use our demos. Our website chat and voice demos process what you type or say in order to respond. Voice calls to our demo number are recorded, and we tell you this at the start of every call.
Automatically. Standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, and referring site.
Information our clients’ customers give us
When we operate an AI receptionist or chat assistant for a client, we process information from that client’s own customers — name, phone number, address, and details of the job. We handle that information on the client’s behalf and only to deliver the service. The client remains responsible for how it is ultimately used.
How we use information
- To respond to enquiries and arrange demos
- To build, run and improve the services we provide
- To send service-related messages about your account
- To meet legal and accounting obligations
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Service providers
We use third-party providers to deliver the service — for example website hosting, telephony, AI processing, email delivery, automation and customer relationship management. We use third-party service providers to help operate our services. These providers may process information as necessary to provide their services to us and are subject to their own contractual, privacy, and security obligations. We choose providers that offer appropriate security safeguards.
Call recording and transcription
Certain telephone and voice interactions may be recorded, transcribed, and processed by artificial intelligence systems and third-party service providers. Where recording is enabled, notice is provided before or at the beginning of the interaction. Recordings and transcripts may be used to operate the service, generate responses and summaries, review interactions, perform quality assurance, troubleshoot technical issues, prevent abuse, and improve service configuration.
Where consent is required by applicable law, we provide recording notice and obtain or rely on consent as permitted by applicable law. If you do not wish to be recorded, discontinue the call and contact us by email instead.
We do not create, store, or use voiceprints or any other biometric identifier, and we do not use voice recordings to identify or verify any individual.
SMS communications
If you provide your phone number and agree to receive text messages, we may send service-related messages such as demo confirmations, appointment information, or requested follow-up. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of further automated text messages by replying STOP where supported or by contacting us.
Analytics
We use a privacy-first analytics tool provided by our hosting provider to count page views and see which pages are used. It does not use cookies and does not track you across other websites.
How long we keep information
We keep enquiry and lead information for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal obligations, and then delete it. Call recordings and transcripts are retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, subject to applicable legal, contractual, technical, and service-provider retention requirements.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict use of your personal information, to object to processing, and to receive a copy of it. To exercise any of these, email privacy@callsideai.com and we will respond within a reasonable period.
California residents may have additional privacy rights where applicable under California law. If such laws apply to CallSide AI or to a particular processing activity, we will honor the rights required by applicable law.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
CallSide AI is a business-focused service and is not intended for minors. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
International transfers
We use service providers located in the United States and elsewhere. Our website chat runs on our own website infrastructure. It loads only when you choose to open the chat, and what you type is sent to our hosting provider’s AI service so it can generate a reply. We do not sell it or use it for advertising. Where information is transferred internationally, we take steps to ensure it remains protected.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it was last changed. Material changes will be communicated to active clients.
