What happens after the free trial?
Nothing is charged. The trial gives you 25 call minutes with no card on file. When you’re ready, pick a plan and your receptionist keeps running exactly as it was set up.
What if I go over my included minutes?
Extra minutes are billed at your plan’s rate — A$0.99, A$0.85 or A$0.69 a minute on Starter, Pro and Business+ — and only for the minutes you actually use past your plan. We alert you before you get there so you can move up a plan if it’s cheaper.
Is there a setup fee?
No. Setup, testing and the ongoing changes to your receptionist are all included in the monthly plan.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time on monthly plans. Your first month is also covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee: if you’re not satisfied, let us know and we refund it.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Contact us and we’ll move you up or down — most businesses start on Starter or Pro and adjust once they see their real call volume.
Do I need the website chat add-on?
No. It’s optional. The AI receptionist answers your phone on its own; website chat is for businesses that also get a lot of enquiries through their site.
